At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every item, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your PatPat account, go to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to submit your request.

Prepare the Package

Print your return authorization label and securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all barcodes and tags are included.

Ship the Items

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup as instructed in your return confirmation email.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
